The La Parata valley consists of privately owned villas and pretty pueblo style apartments.
K W Resorts own 9 apartments in the Mojacar region. The apartments are either first or ground floor and have a balcony from the living room. They are well built and equipped for self-catering holidays.
The beautiful sandy beach is a 5 minute drive. At the beach you will find many bars, shops, restaurants, chemist etc.

Many Shops and restaurants are only 5 minute drive from the villas, including medical facilities, chemist and money exchange. There are many excursions and activities you can book locally, for example horse riding, water sports, walking, boat tours and cruises, scuba diving and wine tasting. This area of Spain is famous for its golf courses and within 1 hour drive from La Parata there are 4 fabulous courses. Various local festivals are held throughout the year – ask us for the dates of the local fiestas.

Strictly Thursday to Thursday changeover day. Check in after 16:00. Check out before 10:00.
Directions from Airport
Full directions will be provided on booking. The nearest airport is Almeria. By car to Mojacar approx. 45 minutes. Murcia airport to Mojacar by car will take approx. 1 hour 30 minutes. Alicante airport to Mojacar by car will take aprox. 2 hours Malaga airport to Mojacar by car will take approx. 2 hours 30 minutes on the new motorway.
