Kenneth Ward & Co. was founded in 1975.

In 1989 we purchased Kenneth Ward & Co (Resorts) Ltd as a going concern from the founder, the late Mr. Kenneth Ward.  

Malcolm Stevens is our MD and is a surveyor by profession. He makes regular inspection trips to the properties to oversee improvement works and maintenance of the properties. All properties have undergone major upgrading and modernization and are on a rolling refurbishment programme.

Working together as a family from our UK office, we endeavour to provide comfortable accommodation adequately equipped for families to enjoy a self catering holiday at an affordable price.  In order to control costs, we do not provide expensive or high maintenance equipment such as washing machines & t.v’s and we do not provide telephones in the accommodation. (Most people now have mobile phones.)  For those who need to stay in contact with office or home, there are pay phones and internet cafes etc. to be found in the resorts.

In Ibiza and Mojacar, Almeria, we have resident on site British caretakers.  In Menorca we have a British villa care company who are nearby and who can be contacted easily should you need to.

All accommodation is cleaned prior to your arrival but there is no ongoing maid service.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided for the number of persons occupying but you are asked to take your own beach towels.
