We know and understand the need to keep the cost of family holidays down.  Other than your flights, spending money, and low annual maintenance fee, there will be nothing else to pay each year.   You will be safe in the knowledge that your future holidays  are secure.

You have the option to exchange your weeks with an independent company called Dial an Exchange.  They offer the facility to take your holiday at worldwide resorts at any time of year for a nominal fee.  Alternatively, your family and friends may wish to use your weeks.  It may even be possible to rent the weeks out for you so that you can gain all or some of your maintenance fee back.
