K.W.Resorts Ltd was originally founded by Kenneth Ward in the 1970’s and was then purchased by two families in 1989 to promote economical holidays for families through rental and holiday rental ownership.

Working together as a family from our UK office, we endeavour to provide comfortable accommodation adequately equipped for families to enjoy a self catering holiday at an affordable price.  In order to control costs, we do not provide expensive or high maintenance equipment such as washing machines & t.v.’s and we do not provide telephones in the accommodation.  For those who need to stay in contact with office or home,  free wi-fi can be found in and around the resorts.

In Ibiza and Mojacar, Almeria, we have resident on site British Caretakers.  In Menorca we have a British villa care company who are nearby and who can be contacted easily should you need to.

All accommodation is cleaned prior to your arrival but there is no ongoing maid service.  Bed Linen, towels and tea towels are provided for the number of persons occupying and they are changed weekly, but you are asked to take your own beach towels.
